Title: Re: Law Enforcement request for employee interviews

We had a request from federal law enforcement for supporting documents (which we provided) and then received a seizure warrant based on a SAR we filed. The property was seized and we heard nothing more. Several months later the law enforcement agency is requesting interviews with employees (employee emails were included in supporting documents) who conducted the transactions we reported.

We haven't received any type of subpoena and it doesn't appear that the seizure warrants (from several months ago) cover any type of account information to be disclosed outside of the warrant items. Are we to require a subpoena of some sort? This is a complex situation as our employees aren't even aware a SAR was filed and I'm quite concerned with RFPA issues.
