Situation - Bank has periodic short term liquidity needs and desires to borrow from affiliate. Reg W doesn't seem to apply, accept for the market terms test - we'd arrange a fair rate of interest for the loan.
Are there any roadblocks to such a loan? Are there any special agreement considerations, or could we develop a fairly simple loan agreement?
