Currently we are using a manual process to check whether or not del. account holders are on active duty. I can't believe that this is the only way to check for this information. Are there software programs available that work with the core system to check the site?

You can submit your whole customer base and then code every active customer if you want to. You don't need a third party interface.

We manually check each delinquent customer with the link luvs2trvl provided.

What Randy was referencing is the multiple record request. You can search 250,000 names in one file, and search 50 files in a 24 hour period.
