Just received a letter from NYS that states that now a 45 day rotation (instead of a 30 day) of ATM survelliance tapes is necessary. The letter states that since the legislature did not mandate a date in the bill, compliance is sugguested to be effective immediately. I would hate to be Citibank (or actually, I'd love to be the tape supplier to Citibank ).
