FRB reports a return item on 1/23/08 - no item provided, so we reverse the charge on 2/1/08. They charge us again on 2/8/08 for the same item (still no item provided) and we reverse the charge on 2/22/08 - they charge us again on 4/23/08 and we reverse on 4/29/08 - they FINALLY provide us with a FAX COPY on 6/9/08. My question is can we use this fax copy to charge the customers account over 6 months later? ARGH - we have 4 other items we're fighting FRB right now where no one can seem to find us an item copy, etc.
Anyone else have this problem? How do you resolve?
