This is my first year in compliance and I need to do annual BSA/AML/CIP/OFAC Board training. I know the level of details and the overall concepts that the Board needs differs from front line staff training. Would anyone be willing to share what you've used to train your Boards?

Ken Golliher did a webinar very recently on BSA for Boards of Directors. You'll find it a very helpful resource for developing your board training lesson plans, and parts of the CD-ROM recording of that webinar can be played for the board during one of your sessions with them.
