We use the New Account Business Service Profile for all new businesses that open deposit accounts and normally that would cover almost everyone.

We do have loans that do not have any other relationship with us. Does anyone that uses this form - use it for loans?

Thanks!

We have a Business CIP Worksheet that gives us a bunch of info on the customer's business and anticipated activity.

If we happen to have a loan that does not also have a DDA, we don't use this form. We gather required CIP but deem the underwriting sufficient to obtain the information we want regarding the customer.
