Because our Dealers pull credit then send us the information, we are struggling with how to address Address Discrepancies. Are we supposed to assume that the Dealers are preforming the Due diligence for us? How are we to make sure that the member is not committing identity theft? Basically, are we to hold our Dealer Center team to the same Due diligence as our Branches will preform in reporting address descrepancy? I hope this makes some sense.
