I know that in the FHA it says that it is not necessary to put the banks name in an OREO advertisement. But when putting the contact information shouldnt you put down the banks number? One of our directors put an advertisment in the local paper and at the bottow it reads "for more information contact" and then it has the directors and collections guys names and phone numbers. I cant find anything in the reg about this so can someone help me out?

There are no Federal regulations of which I am aware. However, your State may have some regulations regarding such advertisements from not licensed real estate agents.
