DOes anyone have a sample Safe Deposit Box policy they would be willing to share? We have specific procedures, but no formal written policy. Any help would be appreciated.

If you have procedures, why do you need a policy unless State law requires one?

Why would they recommend that they go to the board with such a policy?

I.E.,

We have SDBs.

We rent SDBs.

Management will develop such procedures as necessary to maintain SDBs in accordance with State law and safety and soundness considerations.

What more is there??
