ARTA has changed its Deposit Account Agreement Terms and Conditions. Are most banks sending a change-in-terms notice to existing customers so that all customers are on the same terms and conditions? If so, are you sending the notice that Wolters Kluwer has available or one your bank created?

Or are some banks opting to not send the notice so that existing customers must abide by only the "old" terms and conditions.

I'm trying to weigh the costs versus the benefits.
Thanks!

We have sent out Wolter Kluwer's brochure to all of our customers and then updated our account brochure to match. I figured the cost was worth it not to rattle an examiners cage.

What were the changes and when were the changes made? This is the first I've heard of this.
