Anonymous Unregistered	Yes, I have baked extensively with Splenda. Never a problem. It tastes just like sugar, but seems lighter in weight. Some experts say to mix two sweeteners to get a synergistic effect. I'm sure sugar and Splenda would mix. When I do the mix thing, I use Splenda and erythritol, or Splenda and a few drops of liquid Stevia.

He found it at a Renaissance Fair of all places, and uses it to bake with since he can't tolerate Splenda. _________________________ On the road again.....I just can't wait to get on the road again.
