Do you have to send a change in terms notice on the REg CC changes when it benefits the customer. Or only if it is worse than what your current policy states?

You have to send notices regardless.

However, if it benefits the customer you have until 30 days AFTER the change for them to receive the notice.

If it is 'worse' than your current policy, then you have to send them notice 30 days BEFORE you implement the changes.
