Can someone point me to a reg (in DD?) that states what hours need to be provided in our initial account opening disclosures tht we hand out to our deposit customers. Do we post the main office hours only with a statement that "branch hours may vary?

I can't cite it. It isn't a requirement of TISA/DD.

Thanks Andy- I read that Reg over again.. and couldn't find it, but I miss things many times.

I just did a search through all the regs and couldn't find anything refering to disclosing business hours specifically to new account holders.

Just to put my 2 cents worth in.

There is a reference to the cutoff hour in the model disclosures under Regulation CC. But I could not find the corresponding requirement in the regulation or commentary. In the model, the customer is told if you get your deposit to us before [time] we consider it received that day; if you get it to us after [time], we consider it received on the next business day.
