Are any of you offering/allowing opt-ins via text message?
If we list that as an option, it seems we would need to list every number they could text.
When I was asked this question, my response was, "Really?" And the reply was, "Well, when the customer gets this notice, they may just text their officer and say they want to opt in. What do we do in that case?"
Okay - valid question, but this is making me
I just would not think to do my banking business via text, but I'm also not 18 years old.....just a tiny bit older than that.
