We had several hundred eStatement notifications bounce back to us...most from the same server. Do we need to switch these customers back to paper delivery?

If you think there may have been a server problem, you might want to retry to send the statements. Ultimately, you should follow the procedures/guidelines identified in the terms & conditions you provided your client.
