We have an elderly customer with a home equity line of credit. We suspect that the son is pressuring his parents to advance funds on the account. Is there anything we can do if we suspect elder financial abuse? This wouldn't constitute enough reason to lower the credit limit would it?

Most states have a state agency to report suspected Elder abuse. Check your local and state government listings.
