Am I reading this correctly?
Model form G-17(D)is required for open end lines of credit that are not home secured. Model forms G-17(A)-(C) appear to be for credit cards.
Is the requirement date December?
Thanks!

Where it never rains!
Bama Blondie - Yes, you are reading it correctly in that Model Form G-17(D) is to be used for open-end lines of credit (not home secured). I would caution you to read the detailed requirements very carefully, especially if you have any unique features to your lines, as that may require adoption of additional diclosure in your account opening disclosures.

The effective date and required implementation of this final rule was July 1, 2010.

Hope this helps.
