Can the annual Privacy Notice have to be in a separate mailing?

Can we include - say a new Fee Schedule with the Privacy Notice?

We include the annual or revised, whatever the case, Privacy Notice with customer statements.

The same for a revised fee schedule; include it with statements and be sure we follow the minimum 30 day advance notice for change in terms if applicable.
