Hello, we have a unsecured personal line of credit that was for the purpose of home improvement. Is this reportable? Our bank does not report HELOCs. Thank you -

Since Lines of Credit are optional, and your institution chooses to not report them, than no. It would not be reportable, regardless of purpose.
