I have always gotten a confirmation my edit reports were received. I got the following within a day or two after faxing back the edit report.
We have received a signed confirmation sheet from your institution in response to your 2010 HMDA Edit Report. Your
institution’s disclosure statement will be based upon your most recent submission.
No further action is required at this time; however, at any point during HMDA processing, your institution may be contacted to verify the accuracy of reported data. Prompt attention to all requests for data verification is expected. If your institution is required to resubmit your data for any reason, this confirmation is considered null and void and a new confirmation sheet must be signed.
The HMDA Aggregate and Disclosure reports, containing your institution’s disclosure statement, will be available on the FFIEC HMDA website (
http://www.ffiec.gov/hmda) beginning in September of the submission year. If this notice is a result of a submission after April of the submission year, a recreated disclosure statement will be e-mailed to the e-mail address listed on the Transmittal Sheet.
