Can anyone lead me to some guidelines for requiring financial statements for Officer's of the Bank or just loan officer's?

Maybe someone will jump in here and correct me, but I don't know of any requirment other than Reg O for executive officers with outstanding loans. I don't know of any requirements for officers or loan officers other than Reg O or what your loan policy requires for loan transactions.

Years ago. some States use to have provisions that EOs had to present an annual financial statement to the board, but I'm not sure if any of those State provisions are still effective.
