I am writing a policy for OFAC and I would like to include the penalties. I am looking for a good site to obtain this information. I was told that the max. penality is $1,000,00 and/or 10 years imprisonment. Can anyone help me find this?

There are both civil and criminal fines for willful neglegence. Oh, better put the maximum at $10 Million.
