I processed a batch CTR filing on BSA E-Filing site and I found out that one of the CTRs was completed incorrectly. I need to submit an amendment and my question is do I have to resumbit the whole batch or is it okay to just e-file the corrected CTR only?

The batch report should only pick up the transactions coded "X" or "C". Make sure that the file date goes back to include the date of the amended CTR. At least that's what we've done in the past.
