Does anyone know what Delaware safe deposit delinquent box rent regulation is. I'm trying to find out if there's a specific time frame to send letters and how they should be sent. For example, if default continues for 60 days, we'll send a notice by certified mail giving 30 days to pay or we'll drill.

I'm looking for the specific regulation for Delaware if anyone can help. If the state doesn't have one, what is the federal regulation? Help please
