Are others conducting a second review on denied commercial loans? We do on HMDA loans - but - I am hearing more about the examiners looking at commercial credit for Fair Lending.

Lost in the rain.
We do not have a second review process at this time, but the decisions are made by committee so I'm not sure there would be any need/benefit.
