I'm wondering if anyone has engaged an external consulting firm for ERM. If so, would you mind sharing your RFP and passing along some firms that you found to be experienced in this type of work?

I see you didn't get any responses to your question, but I'm wondering the same thing. Our regulators are really pushing for ERM and we're looking for help.

There are a number of companies that advertise intergrated softwate solutions for ERM management. You can find them on the web.
