It is the requirement of the bank to keep the ACH Originators informed of their responsibilities under the rules from NACHA. What are banks doing to comply with this? It was suggested to provide a self-assessment to each originator to determine if they understand the timelines, how to handle certain transactions, etc. We are wondering if any bank is doing this and if they are, would they be willing to share a copy of it?

Yes. We send our originators an annual rules update.

Would you be willing to share with me or direct me to an area of the NACHA book that you provide to your customers?
