We have a customer whose LLC was recently dissolved and the account is also a fairly new account. I do know the customer has to reinstate the business but wanted to know what our appropriate steps should be. If anyone can assist with my issue that would be helpful. Thanks

Your CIP policy should specify steps to resolve CIP discrepancies (this would be for new customers, obviously). Even though this customer apparently cleared initial CIP processes, the entity now does not exist legally. I would follow procedures similar to new account CIP discrepancy resolution. In such a case as this, I would expect to be provided proof of existence within about 10 days, or the account would be closed.

If your policy doesn't include resolution requirements, I would update ASAP.
