Your CIP policy should specify steps to resolve CIP discrepancies (this would be for new customers, obviously). Even though this customer apparently cleared initial CIP processes, the entity now does not exist legally. I would follow procedures similar to new account CIP discrepancy resolution. In such a case as this, I would expect to be provided proof of existence within about 10 days, or the account would be closed.
If your policy doesn't include resolution requirements, I would update ASAP.
