I can't seem to find the answer to this question within FDIC Rules - Advertisement of Membership Section 328:
Our bank has several "XYZ Bank Night"s at local sporting events such as minor league baseball and hockey games. At these games, we put the bank's name on an item such as a baseball, hockey puck or bobblehead. In addition to our name are other sponsor names, such as a radio station or tv station(s). These items are given to the first 3000 (or so) fans until supplies are gone.
My thought is that no Member FDIC logo is needed because of the size of the item (Section 328.3(d)(9) Advertisements which are of the type or character that make it impractical to include the official advertising statement, including, but not limited to, promotional items such as calendars, matchbooks, pens, pencils, and key chains;)and since the other sponsors are "reputable" there should be no problem there either.
Is there anything else that should be considered? Thanks in advance...
