For starters:
- Be careful to define (precisely) what constitutes a "doctor" and how you will make that determination.
- Define the product(s) that will be offered through this program--paying careful attention to the dividing line between business credit and personal (consumer) credit. Address blurry situations in your policy/procedure, such as the case where a new doc buys a housing unit to be converted into his/her office...and then decides to live upstairs.
