Having a senior moment....would a CTR completed on a less cash transaction be listed as a withdrawal or negotiable instrument cashed (#27 a or d)? Thanks

We have the same scenerio...would you include the customer's account number even if the check was a not on us check?

FinCen is only interested if the account number if the check is drawn on your bank.

Just wanting to clarify this scenario. Are you saying if the customer comes in with a check and deposits some of it into their account but takes more that $10,000 cash back you are checking negotiable instrument cashed on #27? This is my scenario and I am wanting to make sure that I am completing it correctly. Thanks.
