Well, we all know by now that Oregon lost to Stanford and has lost their shot at the championship title. So who do you think will battle it out with Alabama - FSU or someone else?

Hope you are right Happy, but other than the win against Auburn, I don't see any evidence that LSU can stay within 10 pts.

I think they will get by LSU and Auburn, probably close. If they finish out season undefeated, I am concerned with SEC Championship. No immediate challenges to keep them from looking over to BCS Championship. They could slip up in SEC.

That was great game! Looks like Bama will need to get by Auburn (not to write off the other 2 games between now and then, but if they loose to those folks, they don't deserve to be champions) to head on in to the Championship game. That should be an excellent game as well.

Auburn will lose out, Missouri will lose out, South Carolina will beat Florida but lose to Clemson, putting them in a tie with Georgia for the SEC East at 6-2 and Alabama will play Georgia in the SEC championship game and it won't be close.
The SEC will finish the regular season with only 1 team with less than 3 losses, that being Alabama.

and Alabama will win yet another BCS Title...short of a Duke Lacrosse Team type issue between now and end of season, I see no one that will come close to stopping them.

I think FSU could easily win a game with Alabama, if played.
Not to be confused with FSU will win that game easily. So don't go there.
Lots of games to be played, these things have a way of working themselves out.

Probably not too good. But folks are being downright mean to Cade Foster - the kicker. Poor kid getting death threats.... That's not right.

Not right at all but it happens all the time in every program. AJ impressed me with his quick Twitter response. I hope Cade is holding up well. I just hate that this was his last regular season game.

don't forget to set your clocks back 1 second as we enter "daylight Saban's time"
What do you call an Alabama kicker that misses 3 field goals? Starter
You know the rumors about Saban going to Texas are bad when the Texas Athletic program immediately issues a press release saturday eveing stating Saban is not coming

I hope Cade is holding up well. I just hate that this was his last regular season game. 50% of college athletes lose their last regular season game...

Really? What a shocking statistic...
In case my point was not clear, it is a shame he ended his career (less bowl game) in such poor fashion. That being said, I am selfishly glad he did.

Saban once said he wasn't leaving the Dolphins for Alabama.

I wonder if the Michigan QB is getting death threats for not completing the 2-point conversion and losing to Ohio State?

I wonder if the Michigan QB is getting death threats for not completing the 2-point conversion and losing to Ohio State? Not really the QB's fault, more like the coaches. From what I read, OSU knew the play. Michigan has run the same two plays all season when they go for two. The Buckeyes knew what the play was when Michigan lined up, and where the ball was going to go. Other than that, it was a great game plan against Ohio State's defense. They exploited every weakness they could and almost won the game. They probably would have won if they had come up with a new two-point conversion play.

I don't guess any of us will ever know why Saban fought for that 1 second and called for that field goal. Had they been on the 10 or even 20, I could understand - but 57?!! He may be asking himself those questions today......

He may be asking himself those questions today...... I think it was an easy call. Why go into overtime if you can end it in regulation? True, the kid had already missed shorter FGs, but stranger things had happened. Alabama just failed to execute after missing the kick and failing to bring down the returner.
