Anyone start looking on how they will identify and handle on-line casino gambling transactions? My understanding is it will be tested in November by invitation only and only open to NJ residents. Two casinos are in AC are ready to roll. Currently we block "betting" on card activity - just wondering how transactions will identified?
Not necessarily. Just because it may be legal does not mean that current card agreements allow them to be used for gambling purpose nor may it be the bank's policy to allow such usage. Regulation GG does not impact the use of individual consumer cards anyway.

I agree. But the comment ren Reg GG being re illegal gambling didnt get to the issue. If policy and cards allow, and the bank has been blocking, bank can now allow, Reg GG aside.
The question wasn't a Reg GG question.
