Sometimes we are getting charged from banks or employers when they fill out a VOE or VOD. Can we pass this fee on to the mortgage customer if it wasn't listed on the GFE since we didn't expect it to occur? Or should we start listing a possible fee on all of them? I'd love to hear what others are doing. Thanks!

We have started putting a VOE fee on every GFE. However, if it wasn't listed for some reason and the fee came up, we would consider that a changed circumstance and re-disclose for it.
