I need to file a UCC for an Amish businessman. What alternatives do I have when the customer does not have a drivers license?

I work in a predominately Amish area in Ohio and many of the Amish here have a State ID that says "valid without photo" where the photo would be.
One thing I have learned about the Amish is to ASK for ID, most of them have something that will work and they are accustomed to being asked for identification.
