We have a loan that when originated was not in a flood zone but did require Escrow for taxes and hazard insurance. After recent map revisions we were notified that the property securing the loan is now in a flood zone. After properly notifiying the borrower we have not received proof of flood insurance and are now required to force place for flood insurance. Are we required to add this premium to the already established escrow on the loan or can we just add it to the end of the loan like we do when no escrow has been established?
