We are wanting to advertise an unsecured loan in a statement stuffer. The ad would list three separate unsecured loans:
$1500 for 12 months
$2500 for 18 months and
$5000 for 24 months.
We would not list any rates or any other information, this is just to get the word out that we offer these types of loans. Do we have to list rates and fees? Or can we just say to call a lender for further information?

Thanks in advance!

How do you not pull the trigger?

Okay, I have been reading this portion of Reg. Z and the words "secured by a dwelling" keep popping up. This will be an unsecured loan. What section do I need to use to make sure that I have the required information?

Where in 1026.24(d) does it mention "secured by a dwelling"? Don't look at section (f) at all, that does not apply to unsecure loans.
