You guys realize you can Google hints for the level you are on? Just type in "Candy Crush Level 169" or whatever. Usually there are forums for most games that you can read threads or ask for hints. Very few times have I spent $$ to buy gold or whatever to move up a level. I can't remember which games sells unlimited lives for 2 hours. I usually don't have the time to play for 2 hours at one time. I'm more addicted to Pet Rescue Saga because of the cute sounds.  May just have to Google it to see. I have never spent $$ for these---I will draw the line there.

I gave it up for the past 4-5 months I think? But have just recently starting playing once in a while. I am on level 470 - and 68 on Otis, but haven't played in that one for at least 6 months (but now I am thinking about it....)
I don't send requests at all unless I have recently gotten one from the same person recently for that exact game. I try to avoid attaching any games to Facebook, this is one exception, and words with friends...because I love scrabble!!!

I refuse to spend money on this stuff either. I'm not willing to, no matter how small an increment. I've bought a couple of apps, but never pay for anything once I have them. Not worth it to me. Playing the FB version is supposedly a good way to get past some of the trickier levels, as the combos happen more frequently. This is not based on any real evidence, just something I read once

My daughter went from Iphone 5 to Samsung Galaxy on Saturday. She did not have any problems.

I figured the jackpot was rigged.
I finally beat that dang 165 level AND the 99 on Farm Heros!
Still at same spot with Odus, tho!

Does anybody know if I switch from an Iphone to an Android based phone if I'll be able to transfer candy crush to the new phone and still be able to be on the my current level or will it start me at level 1? It may depend on if you have the game linked to a Facebook account or not. If not, I'm not sure where it would be able to come up with your history.

It sure is nice when you finally get past that level you've been stuck on for weeks, then knock out the next 3-4 levels straight before getting stuck again.

Ok, I'm a relative newbie to Candy Crush Saga, but I've been stuck on level 70 for weeks, and it's making me nuts. Haha!  On the owl thing, I'm on level 18. I refuse to pay any money, and I refuse to google for hints. I'll figure it out. I'm also a big WWF player, and spend far more time on WWF.
