what if it's the old time cloth towel?
is there a fear that the used and soiled portion may accidently make it's way back into the stream of those parts that are clean?

Considering how my garbage can is currently stinking up the garage because someone forgot to rinse it before starting to refill it, I'm thinking batsh*tcrazy at least smells better. You are just batguanocrazy sweetie. That's someone that's sort of nutty but much more useful to society and that can grow things!

A conversation in the year 3001.... "Did you know once there was a superstition that if you rubbed alcohol on your hands it would protect you? Hahahahahahaha!"

A conversation in the year 3001.... "Did you know once there was a superstition that if you rubbed alcohol on your hands it would protect you? Hahahahahahaha!" Followed by: “You know, that reminds me…Lately I’ve been reading the writings of ComplyYouMust, that mysterious character from the past, particularly his oft-quoted “Everything is Going to Kill Us” thread. It turns out that CYM, as the poster was then known, accurately sorted out fact from fiction and had a good reckoning of the many dangers inherent in commonplace, “normal” activities of the time, which we all now know and fully realize, are in fact, deadly killers. CYM was way ahead of the curve, with the so-called “preposterous reasonings” (as now taught in medical schools everywhere) preceding by years, even decades, in some cases, the actual medical research which would later prove his theories correct. His list of dangers probably would have been even longer, if not for the heart attack he suffered while responding to a critique of his 799th posting, which, as we all know, was about the dangers of “fried” food (for the Amerexican peoples of the early 2000s, “frying” was an ancient cooking practice widely used until they realized it was a deadly killer).”

::pictures DD having to wash his hands several times because people keep stealing his paper towels:: At 6'4" 285, no one takes my paper towels what if it's the old time cloth towel?
is there a fear that the used and soiled portion may accidently make it's way back into the stream of those parts that are clean? I treat those the same as the Blow Dryer type. I turn around go out and get some napkins to dry my hands.

I have a friend that carries santitary wipes everywhere he goes. He trusts no one's towels. Paper or otherwise. What's really funny is that he is a healthcare professional that is exposed to germs of all kinds 10,000 times a day! What a profession for a germaphobe to choose!

I think I just realized one of my "quirks" (or endearing qualities) is that I eat trail mix one item at a time. No popping a handful of mix into my mouth at one time. That's wrong.

I do that, too. I don't think it qualifies as a quirk anymore if more than 2 people have the same habit.

I do that, too. I don't think it qualifies as a quirk anymore if more than 2 people have the same habit. The Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum, subsequently the Weston State Hospital, was a Kirkbride[3] psychiatric hospital that operated from 1864 until 1994 by the government of the U.S. state of West Virginia, in the city of Weston. Built by architect Richard Andrews, it was constructed from 1858- 1881. Originally designed to hold 250 people, it became overcrowded in the 1950s with 2,400 patients http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trans-Allegheny_Lunatic_AsylumI am thinking that 2 may be a little short

I said that I don't think it qualifies as a "quirk." Didn't say anything at all about crazy.

I ordered the T-shirt. Oh wait...it didn't say we were crazy...it said we were BAMF's!!! My neighbor calls himself that. Even has the Pulp Fiction-esque wallet. I asked him if his 8 yo daughter is allowed to call him that since his birthday cake had it written on it. He thought I was crazy for asking that. What an idiot.

I think I have another one: Obsession with current existence or length of any unwanted facial hair.
That same mirror that I use to constantly check for eye sand, I also use to (at least daily) check that my shave was adequate, particularly near the mouth and on the neck, and that I don't have any stray, fugitive hairs that escaped the blade, etc. At home I often return to the bathroom for one additional dry nick/scrape with the blade. At work, I, on about a daily basis, use tiny scissors and mirror to snip at hairs that are only about 1/16 of an inch long. I can't feel them and they're short enough that probably no one can see them. Yet, they MUST. GO.
