I really like the avocado enchiladas at Abuelo's. They have a warm guacamole cream filling and they're fabulous. And even better topped with a couple of fried eggs.

Okie Burrito at Manuel's El Tepeyac in East LA. (for those familiar, Okie is the same as "Hollenbeck" with red sauce instead of green)

I feel like i've eaten at an Abuelo's, but not sure....the one i'm thinking of is at Bricktown in OKC (but i might be misremembering the name).

I'm really craving poutine. I had a HORRIBLE poutine experience a few weeks ago. Really ticked me off. I gave them a bad Yelp review (as their first review). Don't mess with my poutine!

BB I had only put good reviews on my Yelp until a couple of weeks ago when I did my first bad review - I felt so bad after doing so. I only hope that it helps some poor fool from having such a bad experience LOL

A slinger in St. Louis.
American fries on the bottom, next 2 cheeseburger patties, 2 eggs on top of that, then chili covering all of it. You can get shredded cheese and diced onions to go on top as well.
You can feel your arteries clogging just by ordering it.

I had a HORRIBLE poutine experience a few weeks ago. I had a bad poutine experience the other night too! But I took a little Imodium and now my poutine is just fine.

You can feel your arteries clogging just by ordering it. I'll take mine minus the diced onions............and with a side of onion rings

Not sure if it's the best, but a Primanti Brothers sweet Italian sausage sandwich is pretty d*** tasty (has lettuce, tomato, fries and coleslaw - the vinegary kind - plus an egg or whatever else you want, all right on the bun.)

Did you eat the 5-pounder? Is that the Hollenbeck? The 5 pounder is the "Manuel's Special". It takes me 3 meals to eat a Hollenbeck. It would probably take a month to get through a Manuel's Special. Adam Richman tried to eat the Manuel's Special on Man v. Food. I didn't see the episode, so I don't know if he succeeded.
