Assigned spots.
And it's helped prevent a couple of "morning glory" attempts recently.

You know, somebody actually complimented me on my driving today. They left a little note on the windscreen, it said 'Parking Fine.'

I generally come to town, park in the close lot and mess up everyones "assigned" but not really assigned parking spaces. I am that person!

My commute is 10 steps down the hall and my van is usually parked on the left side of the driveway. Only because if my hubby ever gets the garage cleaned out, I have high hopes of parking IN the garage. What a concept?!?

Same spot everyday, usually one of the first to arrive. If you park in my spot I won't make you move but you won't park there again.....same chair at lunch too and I will make/ask you to move. hummm that's a bit territorial isn't it?

We have one employee that backs her Tahoe into the parking spot every day. Most of the time she is over the line and because someone else had parked two spaces over, it makes one space unusable. Plus she stops several feet before the back of her vehicle (not just the tires) gets close to the curb. Therefore, when trying to back out around her you come very close to the vehicles parked across the lane.

That's insane. I'd have to punch her in the nose for that!

take a picture of this as well as several people parked correctly...send an email to staff under the subject line - examples of proper and improper parking and include the photos...

Took care of that with a simple phone call to Vinnie. He and his boys will clear any parking space for a small fee and a favor to be determined at a later date. ^_-
