Can someone direct me to a great resource regarding Fair Lending? I've gotten the Interagency exam procedures but I'm looking to start with something that has a more global view of fair lending - basically start like I know nothing. Does anyone have a resource like that?

You can try FDIC's Side by Side: A Guide to Fair Lending

This is probably a dumb question because I know how examiners work but is there any guidance on anyalizing the data in regards to Fair Lending? We have a software program that will run numbers but I don't know what is good and bad. And since this isn't something that has published data or evaluations, I don't have anything to compare to like you can for CRA and HMDA peer data. Any help out there for that?

it seems like you've been thrown to the wolves without instructions. Does your vendor have any suggestions? One comparison is comparing your actions taken percentages with your peers.
