Hi- Is the 1 month Prepaid Monthly MI under the "Unlimited" variance category, or the "0% Variance" Category...?

I want to say 0% - am I wrong? It is a service the consumer cannot shop for...

If you are referring to the "prepaids" section of the LE and CD, there is not a tolerance requirement for prepaids. If you are referring to an upfront MI as with FHA that would be subject to 0%.
