Would anyone be willing to share a policy for mobile banking? if you were doing an audit of mobile banking, would you issue a finding if there is no policy? I am considering writing an issue that the remote deposit capture policy needs expansion to include mobile banking which is a new service just added.

As for mobile banking could this be covering in an existing policy such as internet banking. As for remote deposit capture, I would view this as a commercial product. RDC is covered in our commercial product policy.

Instead of remote deposit capture which is related to commercial accounts and merchant services could it be remote check deposit via mobile banking? We have remote/mobile check deposit covered under the internet banking policy because our customers must be internet banking customers in order to use our mobile banking service. This is set-up for consumers who use mobile banking to take a picture of a check with their smart device and deposit the check via the app. Just a thought.
