If I have a note that states the rate will change 12/1/2016 what date do I list on the periodic statement under the Account information section for the next rate change date. Do I list the date the rate changes which would be 12/1/16 or do I list the date the next payment change date 1/1/17?

What is confusing me is the word "after" under 1026.41(D)(7)(iii) - requires the date AFTER which the interest rate may next change.
