Could someone please advise how they handle discrepancies for CIP when it comes to the address that is given by a new customer and it differs with the address that is on their driver's license. How is this resolved and documented?

Ask for documentation showing their current address. This should be covered as part of your CIP verification program - documentary and non-documentary. If they recently moved, ask for a copy of their lease mail received at the new address.
