Running at dawn on a cool morning, just me and few startled bunnies.

Sitting 20 feet up in a tree with bow in hand on a cold morning waiting for that one deer.

Spent my vacation last week at my sisters new lake house near Kalamazoo. No alarm clocks just the family, lake, my beagle and a boat.
That was peaceful. ^_^

With a good mule, it's completely possible!

Sitting around a campfire, outside my tent, in the mountains, miles into the back country......'course, getting there wasn't all that rosy.
AND....got to old to do it....will now just have to savor those memories.
Currently, peace is anywhere outside....walking, riding my bicycle around the neighborhood, sitting on the front porch or on either of my two patio areas.

We just returned from vacation in Montana. We stayed in a cabin outside of Glacier Park. We found it VERY peaceful to sit on the deck, in the quiet, no cell or internet service, coffee in hand, watching the sun rise in the calm of the morning or the sun set in the evening with an adult beverage. We were also in awe of the starry night sky before the wildfire smoke later in the week made that hard to see.

Flying by myself with no particular destination and no particular purpose other than to just fly. I just realized that when I fly over y'all's backyard, or deck, or boat, or tree stand, or whatever, my peaceful is probably disrupting your peaceful.
