We have a customer who has presented us with her "Declaration of Trust", of which she is the Trustee. She wants to have this Trust added to her existing account as the Beneficiary. Can we do that?

Yes, under Ch 167D, Sec. 3(b), a trust can be named as the beneficiary of an account held by one or two individuals.

Thank you. She's also requesting it be added to her Safe Deposit Box on which she has a joint (renter) as well as a Deputy. Is this possible?
