I did Murph on Saturday at a Crossfit Affiliate. ACB...to answer your question...there is a large group of athletes that do it straight through with a weight vest. It's very impressive. I broke mine up and due to heat and hills was slower than last year...
1 mile run
100 pull ups (jumping from a box)
200 push ups (on my knees after the first 40)
300 air squats
1 mile run
I did the middle segmented...we started with 10, 20, and 30 but after 5 rounds the 20 push ups was taking too much time to complete. The last half was 5, 10, 15 and we could cycle through much faster. My time was around 52 minutes.
